The answer lay in establishing contact by telephone and email for each individual with a Connect consultant - their own "At a Distance" support. We backed up the support from the consultant with access to the Connect website and encouraged all the individuals to log in to its range of exercises, advice and links.
Our consultants contacted each individual and arranged a planned series of phone calls, aimed at working on the candidate's specific questions and concerns. We were delighted with the feedback from the field engineers - many positive comments about how the support from Connect had helped them to move forward positively.
