- A Connect manager will work closely with your company to understand your business and culture and to get to know your people personally.
- Your employees can work in groups with a career coach and/or individually in surgeries where they will receive personal and confidential face to face career guidance.
- Connect will establish access to local facilities such as Job Centres, Chambers of Commerce, Business Link and will also liaise with local major employers, education and training establishments and any other local or regional work based initiatives.
- We will work with you to provide Internet accessible PCs within the centre, together with telephone lines, word-processing and photocopying equipment so that your people have all the facilities that they need to hand.
