Connect one to one outplacement provides a very personal level of support to those facing career change or redundancy. Individuals receive personal support from one of our team of professional consultants on a one to one basis.

Connect group outplacement programmes combine full day workshops with professional consultant support. A typical workshop covers key areas of job search including CV preparation and interview techniques, along with time for questions and personal reflection.

Executive outplacement is aimed at senior managers and executives. It offers a high level of personally tailored support from our senior consultants, and a flexible package of benefits, including membership of the Insitute of Directors, and access to our suite of career development tools.

Job shops and surgeries
Where redundancies involve a larger number of people, Connect offers on-site resource centres to deliver a customised in-house service. This includes setting up a job shop area, researching the local job market, and providing access on-site to a Connect consultant.

Connect "Support At A Distance"
Support for those who work away from the office, where one-to-one support is not appropriate and group workshops simply aren't practical. Connect offers a high level of personal support using a combination of telephone and email support.
