Individual OutplacementThe Connect One-to-One programme is personal, tailored support for those employees who you want to provide with individual help. Often provided for managers and senior specialists, these programmes also offer personal support to individuals with specific issues such as health or family worries, or to employees with very long service.

We arrange for one of our consultants to meet and work with the employee. Through a mixture of face-to-face meetings, email and telephone support, they will work together to determine the individual's career aims, identify strengths, build a strong CV and create a plan of action. Consultants will advise candidates on their approach to the market, networking and recruiter contacts, and advise on alternative career approaches such as consulting and new business start-up.

Most importantly, we know that each individual we work with is unique. We take a flexible, personal approach to this support.

Everyone has access to the candidate area of the Connect website, a resource that includes exercises, advice and links aimed at providing practical support that is easily accessible. We provide this access for a period of six months and we will be happy to extend this if the candidate asks us to.

As with all our programmes, we guarantee that we will be available to provide support and advice until the individual is successfully settled.

Executive Programmes

Connect works with senior executives and directors to coach and support them through change. We match the individual with one of our most experienced consultants (usually a qualified executive coach) for an open-ended and unlimited programme of meetings and support.

Discussions are likely to focus on career direction, networking, introductions to search consultants and entering a new role. Psychometric assessments are available where the individual and the consultant believe they will be of value.
