"Surgeries"
We have found that an effective way to provide opportunities for follow up one-to-one discussions after a workshop is to set up "surgeries" - making a consultant available for discussions so that a number of individuals can discuss their progress on the same day. This is a practical way to make individual support available as an additional service for employees who attend Group Workshops.
