Executive Outplacement Support

Connect Executive Outplacement Support is a specialist package aimed at senior managers and executives. It offers a high level of personally tailored support from our senior consultants, and a flexible package of benefits.

A typical Executive Programme will include:

  • A confidential introductory face to face meeting with their personal outplacement consultant, to enable the candidate and consultant to meet, establish rapport and agree the candidate's objectives, priorities and career aspirations, together with any practicalities involved in moving forward into their new job.
  • Up to 20 hours of personal confidential one to one consultancy support as appropriate, tailored to the candidate's needs.
    (Spouse / partner can be included in these discussions if desired)
  • Unlimited critiques and advice on the candidate's progress, including help with CVs, letters of application and interview techniques to fine-tune the candidates approach to these.
  • Free membership of the Institute of Directors for one year including the initial one-off election fee all paid for by Connect. The IoD offers members unlimited access to their private meeting rooms and dining facilities at their offices throughout the UK, training and development programmes, access to a wealth of business information, including market research and four free consultations with a specialist adviser each year.
  • Twelve months of access to the unique Connect Career Tools website, to enable the candidate to plan his/her ongoing career campaign, preferences and direction and to analyse and assess their personal development strategy for the future.
  • Twelve months access to the Connect Career Outplacement website, which will supplement the personal consultations and enable the candidate to maintain high levels of motivation, transitioning to their new career with measurable milestones and in professional and structured manner.

  • Guidance on "Settling into your new job" with help and advice on acclimatising to the new role and rapidly assimilating important information within the first 90 days of the candidate's new job.
