Malcolm Arin-Strutt BA (Hons) MA MCIPD C.Psychol

An accredited executive coach with APECS and also a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 30 years experience in enabling individuals and groups to manage change, both as a trainer and a consultant. Coming from a technical background in the BBC, Charity Operations management and MD of a multiple retail health business, for the past 18 years, his professional portfolio has included performance coaching and stress management for blue chip company directors and Local Authority executives; the application of psychometric instrumentation in the selection of senior staff for major institutions, and the development of management teams in multi-national and start-up operations.
