Richard Tadman
A graduate in Business Studies, Richard began his career in the Purchasing & Supply function and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply. Much of his career has been spent with the multi-national David Brown Corporation where as a Main Board Director and Managing Director of two of their operating businesses he delivered significant profit and growth. Most recently he was Vice President of Strategic Development for the USA based Textron organisation before working for Connect.
Phil Griffiths
An HR professional by background, Phil has extensive experience with international companies including spells as HR Director at Raychem Corporation and at DHL Express. He has been a major purchaser of outplacement services, and a consultant for one of the largest career / HR consultancies in the UK.
Nicola Ashton
A languages graduate, Nicola began her career working for ABC News in Moscow. For the next 5 years she worked in journalism for major broadcasters TBS and ITN, covering news and politics from the UK and Europe. In 2001 Nicola left the world of broadcast behind and set up Mole Productions, a video production and website development business.
Barry Rutterford
Barry Rutterford's background is Operations, having global experience of running plants. Work in management consultancy has enabled him to implement his strong people skills across a diverse range of businesses.
Bob Reid
Bob's background is in technology and business management, with ICI and Raychem Corporation. Bob currently has a portfolio of activities - Non Executive Director of Oxonica Ltd an Oxford University
start up/ Technical advisor to a London based Venture Capital fund/
Facilitation of Goal Setting and Vision setting Meetings with Major UK clients.
Eddie Williams
Eddie’s background is in New Product Development, Marketing and Business Development, working for Raychem Corporation and more recently Tyco Electronics. In addition to working with Connect he is also a Consultant focussing on Product Management.
Jenny Griffiths
Jenny has been a member of the Connect team since its small beginnings in 2001. Her background includes finance and administration roles in a number of very diverse businesses, and she now manages all our "back office" activities as well as supporting our candidates and consultants.
